FAQ
-
Is it safe?
Your safety is our top priority. All procedures are performed in a medical setting and overseen by an Oklahoma-licensed, board-certified physician. We use high-quality equipment, materials, pigments, and disposable tools. Additionally, we’ve implemented COVID-19 precautions to maintain a safe environment.
-
Are you licensed and legal to work in Oklahoma?
Yes, we adhere to Oklahoma’s strict permanent makeup standards, some of the highest in the country. We are fully licensed, insured, and continually pursue additional certifications to ensure we provide top-tier services.
-
Does it hurt?
Pain is subjective and varies from person to person. However, we use medical-grade topical anesthetics to make the procedure as comfortable as possible.
-
Will I need to grow out or remove my eyebrow hair?
No, growing out your eyebrows is not necessary. We recommend coming with professionally groomed brows, as we only have time to remove hairs that fall outside the agreed-upon shape. All other hairs are preserved to create a natural, realistic look.
-
How do you determine the style and color?
We focus on facial harmony, customizing each design to suit your unique features. During your consultation, we listen to your goals and preferences. Based on this, we hand-draw a shape that complements your anatomy, personality, and lifestyle. The color is custom-blended to match your natural hair or desired look, with your input being essential throughout the process.
-
How often will I need touch-ups?
Each person heals differently, depending on lifestyle, routines, and medications. Generally, one touch-up is needed 6-12 weeks after the initial procedure. To maintain color vibrancy, we recommend touch-ups annually or biennially. In some cases, due to personal preferences or aftercare, additional touch-ups may be required at the client’s expense.
-
Will my brow or lash hair stop growing?
Permanent makeup does not interfere with brow hair growth when performed correctly. Regular grooming is still necessary. Eyelash growth is also typically unaffected by permanent eyeliner or lash enhancement procedures, though some individuals may experience temporary lash shedding.

Scheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule/cancel, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice, you may only reschedule once. Cancellations made without proper notice will result in the full remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
Please note, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the full remaining balance will be charged.
For optimal results, touch-up appointments are recommended. However, they are not automatically scheduled. New client touch-ups must be booked within 6-12 weeks of your original appointment to avoid additional fees (recommended to book before or the day of your appointment).
